De Achtbaan

Together with 19 other schools, De Achtbaan is part of the Meerkring Foundation board. Meerkring schools have in common that they all strive for socially involved, high-quality education in a safe learning environment and an inspiring atmosphere.

De Achtbaan started on 1 January 1989 with nine children. Since 2005, the school has officially been a Dalton school. Dalton is a way of thinking and living in which three principles are central: independence, responsibility and cooperation.
